Software Project Manager

• *JOB DESCRIPTION:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure project success. This role requires a keen understanding of technology solutions, budget management, and strategic planning to meet business objectives.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collecting payment approval at the time of project release.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross\-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing business needs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in IT project management.

• *QUALIFICATIONS:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5\+ years of working experience as an IT Project Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
