We are looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Software Sales Executives to promote and sell our Hotel Management Software solutions (RoomKhata). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Generate business leads through calls, emails, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations via phone, online meetings, and face\-to\-face meetings.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value of our SaaS\-based software solutions.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of software applications and SaaS products.
- Strong interpersonal and customer\-handling abilities.
- Confidence in conducting product demonstrations.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Sales\-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in software sales, SaaS sales, telecalling, or business development will be an added advantage.
