• *Job Description** **Key Responsibilities**

• Support subscription, billing, entitlement, and licensing operations.
• Troubleshoot customer billing and entitlement issues.
• Maintain subscription products, licensing structures, and customer access records.
• Support renewal and recurring revenue processes.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Support, and vendors.
• Support testing and deployment of system changes.
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing and licensing processes.

• *Qualifications** **Required Experience**

• 2\-3 years of experience supporting Zuora for billing, subscription, Flexera for entitlement, licensing, or software monetization platforms.
• Experience working with Finance, Customer Support, or Sales Operations teams.
• Experience troubleshooting customer account, billing, or licensing issues.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
