Software Support Trainee

We are seeking Software Support \- Trainee to provide technical support and maintenance for our dialer systems with Linux \& SQL technology.

Candidates with knowledge in both SQL \& Linux will only get shortlisted for interview rounds.

Locations : 1/1 BA, 3rd Floor, Mohammadpur,, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110066

• *Responsibilities include:**

\- Installing and configuring dialer systems, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality

\- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to dialer systems, including Asterisk and database errors

\- Performing system maintenance and updates to ensure their smooth operation and optimal performance

\- Providing technical support to clients and end\-users, resolving their queries and issues related to dialer systems

• *Requirements:**

\- Experience 0\-6months

\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

\- Knowledge in Linux installation and basic commands(Mandatory)

\- Knowledge in Database(SQL, MySQL), queries, installation(Mandatory)

\- Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

\- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders

Pay: ₹8,502\.00 \- ₹9,000\.00 per month
