As we scale our features, marketplace, and user interface, we are seeking a detail\-oriented **Software Tester Intern** to join our development team in Kakkanad and ensure our products are completely bug\-free and user\-friendly.

*Key Responsibilities**

**Manual \& App Testing:** Perform end\-to\-end manual testing on our mobile applications (Android \& iOS) and web platforms to ensure smooth functionality.
**Bug Tracking \& Reporting:** Identify, record, and track functional bugs, UI/UX glitches, and system performance issues using sheets or bug\-tracking tools.
**Test Case Creation:** Assist in writing and executing clear, comprehensive test cases and checklists based on app feature requirements.
**Regression Testing:** Re\-test fixed bugs and perform regression checks before new app updates are pushed to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
**User Perspective Validation:** Test the platform from both the consumer side (homeowners looking for services) and the professional side (architects/contractors managing dashboards) to ensure an optimal user experience.

*What We Are Looking For (Requirements)**

**Education:** B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc Computer Science, or graduates who have completed a certified course in Software Testing.
**Core Knowledge:** Strong conceptual understanding of Manual Testing, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Bug Life Cycle.
**Platform Familiarity:** Comfortable testing across multiple environments, specifically mobile platforms (Android/iOS) and responsive web browsers.
**Soft Skills:** High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, and a clear communication style to explain bugs to the development team.
**Bonus Points:** Basic familiarity with API testing (Postman) or introductory knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Appium).
