Software Tester / QA Engineer(AUTOMATION)

Job Description

We are looking for a **QA Engineer / Software Tester(Manual/AUTOMATION)** to test web applications.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our applications before delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and user stories
• Perform **manual/Auto testing** on web applications
• Test **frontend (React)** and **backend APIs (Node.js)**
• Write and execute test cases
• Identify, report, and track bugs using proper documentation
• Perform **regression, functional, and smoke testing**
• Work closely with developers and project managers
• Ensure quality delivery within timelines

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of **Software Testing concepts (SDLC/STLC)**
• Experience in **Manual/Auto Testing**
• Understanding of **MERN Stack applications**
• API testing using **Postman**
• Knowledge of **Bug Life Cycle**
• Basic SQL / MongoDB understanding (preferred)
• Good communication skills

Good to Have

• Automation basics (Selenium / Cypress – optional)
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience testing SaaS or web\-based applications

Experience

• 1 \- 2 years

Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
