Software Tester QA – Manual & Functional Testing (ERP / CRM)

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **Software Tester** to join our QA team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a **minimum of 1 year of experience** in software testing to further develop their skills and gain hands\-on experience in a collaborative and fast\-paced development environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
• Design, create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Develop and execute Selenium WebDriver automation scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects and issues.
• Conduct regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability and quality improvements.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, and usability standards.
• Maintain testing documentation and prepare test reports.

• *Requirements**

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Hands\-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Trello is an advantage.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high\-quality software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and testing methodologies.

• *Additional Skills – Preferred**

• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright automation testing.
• Knowledge of automated test case development.
• Understanding of performance and security testing fundamentals.
• Experience with multi\-user, multi\-role, and multi\-tenant SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel\-based applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD and software development life cycles.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
