• *Job Overview**

As a Software Testing \& Implementation Engineer, you will be trained to test software applications, configure customer environments, support product deployments, and assist laboratory customers in successfully using our platform.

• *Responsibilities**

• *Software Testing**

• Execute test cases and validate software functionality.
• Identify, document, and report software defects.
• Verify bug fixes and support product release testing.
• Test laboratory workflows and reporting features.
• Work closely with the development team to improve product quality.

• *Product Implementation**

• Configure customer accounts and laboratory workflows.
• Assist with customer onboarding and setup activities.
• Support data import and system configuration.
• Participate in software deployment and go\-live activities.

• *Customer Support**

• Provide first\-level support to customers.
• Assist users with product\-related questions and issues.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Create and maintain user documentation.
