• *About the Internship**

Vibrantick Infotech Solutions is looking for detail\-oriented and enthusiastic **Software Testing Interns** who are passionate about ensuring software quality. This internship offers hands\-on experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, ERP/CRM systems, and other software products while working alongside experienced developers and QA professionals.

• *Roles \& ResponsibilitiesManual Testing**

• Understand project requirements and software specifications.
• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure software quality before release.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.

• *Bug Reporting \& Tracking**

• Identify, reproduce, and document software defects.
• Report bugs with detailed steps, screenshots, and expected vs. actual results.
• Track issues using bug\-tracking tools.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve reported issues.
• Retest resolved defects and validate fixes.

• *Web \& Mobile Application Testing**

• Test websites across different browsers and devices.
• Perform responsive design testing.
• Test Android and iOS applications.
• Verify forms, payment gateways, login modules, APIs, and user workflows.

• *Database \& API Testing**

• Perform basic database validation using SQL queries.
• Test REST APIs using tools like Postman.
• Validate request and response data.
• Verify API functionality and error handling.

• *Performance \& Security Basics**

• Assist in basic performance and load testing.
• Verify application security features such as authentication and authorization.
• Identify usability and performance issues.

• *Documentation**

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Maintain testing documentation for each release.
• Document defects and testing results accurately.

• *Collaboration**

• Work closely with developers, project managers, and designers.
• Participate in daily stand\-up meetings and project discussions.
• Contribute ideas to improve software quality and testing processes.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Understanding of manual testing techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a quality\-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools.
• Understanding of bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any programming language is a plus.

• Final\-year students or recent graduates.
• B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, Diploma (Computer Science/IT), or any graduate interested in Software Testing.
