• *\#\# Roles \& Responsibilities**

\* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

\* Perform Manual Testing for web, mobile, and SaaS applications.

\* Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.

\* Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues.

\* Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.

\* Verify bug fixes and perform post\-release validation.

\* Ensure software meets quality, usability, security, and performance standards.

\* Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

\* Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.

\* Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and testing processes.

• *\#\# Required Skills**

\* 2\+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

\* Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

\* Hands\-on experience with Manual Testing.

\* Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile applications.

\* Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

\* Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar.

\* Good understanding of SQL for database validation.

\* Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.

\* Strong communication and documentation abilities.

\* Ability to work independently and within Agile/Scrum teams.

• *\#\# Preferred Skills**

\* Experience with Automation Testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).

\* Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, etc.).

\* Familiarity with AI\-powered applications and modern SaaS platforms.

\* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git.

\* Experience testing REST APIs.
