Software Trainer

GTEC Education, Kayamkulam is looking for a passionate and dynamic **Software Trainer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high\-quality technical training in programming languages, web technologies, and modern data tools to students of varied skill levels in an engaging and practical manner.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for core programming languages (**C, C\+\+, Java, Python, and R programming**).
• Teach foundational and advanced concepts of web development (**HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**) and databases (**SQL**).
• Deliver training on data visualization and analytics tools, specifically **PowerBI**.
• Guide students on the practical application and utilization of modern **AI tools** in software development.
• Develop structured lesson plans, coding assignments, and real\-world projects to build student confidence.
• Assess student progress through regular coding tests and project evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and IT career opportunities.
• Track student attendance, maintain performance records, and foster a positive learning environment.

• *Requirements / Qualifications:**

• Strong technical proficiency in **C, C\+\+, Java, Python, and R programming**.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies (**HTML, CSS, JavaScript**) and relational databases (**SQL**).
• Hands\-on familiarity with **PowerBI** is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and teach the integration of **AI tools** in modern workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to simplify complex coding concepts.
• Proven experience as a Software Trainer or Developer is an advantage, but **freshers with strong technical and communication skills are also welcome to apply**.
