Job Description

*Sales \& Service Executive**We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Service Executive to join our team and drive the sales, service \& promotion of our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and a solid understanding of basic technical knowledge.Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Responsibility

Identify and target new business opportunities in the solar inverter market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and technical features of solar inverters.
Develop tailored sales proposals and quotations based on customer needs.
Manage and expand the customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute in to lead generation by identifying new potential customers, negotiating \& closing the deals with the guidance of the regional team members.
Product Marketing:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for solar inverters across multiple platforms along with MKTG team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence, including website and social media channels.
Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to raise product visibility and generate leads.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers and prospects to help them to understand product specifications, benefits, and installation requirements.
Collaborate with the internal team (BD \& Design ) to address any product\-related issues or customer concerns.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the internal team ( BD \& Design ) for product/service improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Update customer interactions and activities daily in the CRM system
Submit required data reports to the central team on time ( as and when required
Attend monthly regional reviews to track sales and service performance
