• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead, mentor, and manage the residential solar sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and sales productivity.

• Identify opportunities for market expansion within the Australian residential solar sector.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• **Minimum 5 years of experience** in residential solar sales.
• Proven leadership or team management experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer\-handling skills.
• Good understanding of residential solar systems and the Australian solar market.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
