• *Job Summary**

Chemprocess Solutions is hiring **Solar Technicians** to install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain rooftop and ground\-mounted solar PV systems. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in solar installations, electrical wiring, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Install, commission, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar plants.
• Inspect solar panels, inverters, junction boxes, cables, and mounting structures.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
• Perform DC and AC wiring, cable termination, and continuity testing.
• Monitor system performance and prepare maintenance reports.
• Replace faulty components such as modules, fuses, connectors, breakers, and inverters.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and documentation at the project site.

• *Qualification**

• ITI (Electrician/Wireman) / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or equivalent.
• Certification in Solar PV installation (preferred).

• *Experience**

• **1–5 years** of experience in installation and maintenance of rooftop or utility\-scale solar power plants.
• Freshers with relevant training may also apply.

• *Required Skills**

• Knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical panels.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single\-line diagrams (SLD).
• Familiarity with multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting of electrical faults.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• *Preferred**

• Experience with MW\-scale solar projects.
• Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites.
