• *JOB** **DESCRIPTION**

• *Position Title:** Solution Owner – Enterprise Search
• *Reports To:** Head of Digital Commercial Solutions

• *Role Type:** Individual Contributor

• *Role Overview**

Own the strategy, governance, roadmap, and lifecycle management of SKF's Enterprise Search and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms. Drive modernization, data quality, information discoverability, and business value through scalable digital solutions and strong stakeholder collaboration.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Enterprise Search**
• Define and manage search strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead modernization initiatives including AI\-powered search, semantic search, vector search, and relevance optimization.
• Govern metadata, taxonomy, information architecture, and search standards.
• Integrate search across digital platforms, Microsoft 365, CMS, DAM, and business applications.
• Monitor platform performance, analytics, adoption, and continuous improvements.

• *Product Information Management (PIM)**
• Own PIM strategy, governance, and operational model.
• Improve product data quality, consistency, classification, and scalability.
• Establish product data ownership, standards, and governance processes.
• Enable syndication of product information across digital channels, ERP, DAM, eCommerce, and marketplaces.
• Support product onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle management.

• *Leadership \& Governance**
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead vendor evaluations, platform upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, contracts, licenses, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards.

• *Required Experience**
• Overall, 12 plus years of experience
• Experience with Enterprise Search, PIM, MDM, Digital Commerce, or Information Management platforms.
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, information architecture, and data governance.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross\-functional leadership skills.
• Experience managing enterprise\-scale platforms and transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem\-solving abilities.

• *Preferred Qualifications**
• Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Microsoft Search.
• Inriver, Informatica P360, Akeneo, or similar PIM platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, vector search, and intelligent content discovery.
• Experience with DAM, CMS, ERP, eCommerce, and digital experience platforms.
• Experience in cloud migration and platform modernization.
