• *Solution Architect**

• *Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Solution Architect** to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, cloud\-native solutions across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in **Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Identity \& Access Management (IAM), Multi\-Factor Authentication, API Security**, and modern architecture practices.

The role requires **strong** **leadership** in defining reference architectures, architecture governance, design standards, reusable patterns, and technology guardrails while enabling innovation through emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and AI\-driven architectures. The architect will collaborate closely with product, engineering, security, platform, and DevOps teams to deliver resilient and future\-ready solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Design end\-to\-end architecture for cloud\-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and GCP.

· Define and promote architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and governance frameworks.

· Architect secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Multi\-Factor Authentication and API Gateway technologies.

· Design fine\-grained and policy\-based authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC).

· Build scalable event\-driven solutions using Kafka and GCP Pub/Sub.

· Lead architecture reviews, performance optimization, security assessments, and technical governance.

· Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Platform teams to ensure successful delivery.

· Mentor development teams on cloud\-native design, security best practices, and architectural patterns.

· Drive innovation initiatives, AI adoption, and define guardrails for Agentic AI solutions.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

· 18\+ years of software engineering experience with 3\+ years as a Solution Architect.

· Strong hands\-on expertise in Java 11\+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.

· Deep knowledge of GCP services including Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, Security, and GKE.

· Strong experience in Microservices, API Management, Event\-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.

· Expertise in IAM, ForgeRock, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and enterprise security frameworks.

· Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

· Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK).

· Exposure to Agentic AI, AI governance, guardrails, and enterprise AI integration patterns.

• *Preferred**

· Banking/Financial Services domain experience.

· GCP Professional Cloud Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications.

· Experience establishing architecture operating models, governance processes, and design repositories.
