### **Job Description:**

#### **Experience**

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in content writing, academic writing, SOP writing, copywriting, blogging, or related fields.
• Passionate writers with excellent English communication and strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from any degree/background are welcome.

#### **Key Skills**

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and articulate students' academic, professional, and personal experiences effectively.
• Creative thinking with strong storytelling and persuasive writing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of AI writing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve writing quality.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

#### **Key Requirements:**

• Draft, edit, and personalize Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Personal Statements, Letters of Motivation, university essays, scholarship essays, and application responses for students applying to international universities.
• Understand students' academic background, work experience, achievements, career goals, and aspirations to develop compelling and authentic application documents.
• Use AI tools for research, content ideation, structuring, editing, proofreading, and content refinement while maintaining originality and a human tone.
• Research university admission requirements, course details, application prompts, and country\-specific documentation requirements.
• Ensure all documents are plagiarism\-free, personalized, grammatically accurate, and aligned with university expectations.
• Improve clarity, readability, structure, flow, and overall quality of written content.
• Create supporting content such as blogs, website content, educational articles, email content, and social media copy whenever required.
• Brainstorm innovative AI\-assisted approaches to improve content quality, productivity, and writing workflows.
• Adapt quickly to new AI tools, writing platforms, and evolving content formats.
• Coordinate with Student Advisors, Process Coordinators, and internal teams to gather accurate student information and meet application timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and ensure professional handling of sensitive documents.
• Manage multiple student applications simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
