• *Key Accountabilities \& Support Actions**

Strategic Sourcing

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of qualified vendors across all categories to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and negotiate favourable pricing with suppliers.
• Manage relationships with vendors and retailers, ensuring consistent communication and adherence to service level agreements.

Contract Management \& Negotiations

• Lead the entire RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, crafting compelling documents and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for multiple products.
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for various product categories.
• Manage the negotiation process to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, and lead times.

Vendor Management \& Compliance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering trust and collaboration for long\-term success.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to all vendors while maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to all compliance regulations.

Cost Optimization \& Analysis

• Conduct in\-depth analysis to understand cost drivers across the supply chain, including factors such as capacity utilization and logistics.
• Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs while ensuring high\-quality products and reliable delivery.

Sales \& Opportunity Identification

• Act as a frontline sales resource, proactively identifying potential sales opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to convert them into revenue.
