Spanish Language Expert (Bilingual – English \& Spanish)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Are you fluent in Spanish and English with a passion for communication and customer service? We’re looking for an experienced Spanish Language Expert to join our team for a US\-based International BPO process.

Role \& Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions (voice, email, chat) in Spanish and English.
• Translate and interpret between both languages with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver high\-quality customer support to US\-based clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4\+ years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (US process preferred).
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal \& written).
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
