- *Job Description Spare Parts Specialist**
- *Department:** Sales \& Service
- *Location:** Gurgaon / Regional Location

- *Employment Type:** Full\-Time
- *Function:** Spare Parts Sales \& Customer Support
- *Job Purpose**
To drive spare parts sales growth by providing accurate spare parts identification, promoting genuine and non\-moving spare parts, supporting customers and service teams, ensuring timely payment recovery, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and principals to improve customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *1\. Spare Parts Identification \& Technical Support**
- Identify and recommend the correct spare part numbers based on customer requirements and machine configurations.
- Read and interpret Spare Parts Catalogues (SPC), machine documentation, and technical drawings.
- Share accurate article numbers and part details with Internal Sales and Regional Sales Coordinators.
- Support customers and service engineers in identifying suitable spare parts.
2\. **Spare Parts Sales \& Business Development**
- Actively promote Komax Genuine Spare Parts to customers.
- Generate spare parts sales opportunities through customer engagement, service visits, and machine audits.
- Promote non\-moving and slow\-moving inventory to improve stock utilization.
- Drive spare parts revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on spare parts quotations.
- *3\. Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand spare parts requirements.
- Provide technical and commercial support regarding spare parts availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
- *4\. Payment Recovery \& Accounts Coordination**
- Monitor outstanding service and spare parts receivables.
- Coordinate weekly with the Accounts team to review pending collections.
- Follow up with customers through emails and calls regarding overdue payments.
- Coordinate with field service engineers for payment follow\-up during customer visits.
- Support efforts to reduce overdue receivables and improve collection efficiency.
- *5\. Spare Parts Sales Coordination**
- Coordinate with Internal Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and Principals for order processing and execution.
- Track spare parts orders and communicate delivery updates to customers.
- Liaise with principals and suppliers to reduce spare parts lead times.
- Resolve customer concerns related to spare parts availability and delivery.
- *6\. Reporting \& Documentation**
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and payment follow\-ups.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
- Spare parts sales performance
- Outstanding payment recovery status
- Non\-moving inventory sales
- Customer follow\-up activities
- Lead\-time improvement initiatives
- *Qualification \& Experience**
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in spare parts sales, technical sales, after\-sales support, or industrial automation.
- Experience in spare parts identification and customer support is preferred.

- Understanding of industrial machinery and spare parts.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and MS Office applications.

- Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert them into business growth.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
