Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights-Global E&A-Bengaluru

We are looking for a passionate, highly energetic, and self\-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close\-knit team. We are seeking a person with at least 6 years of experience, of which a minimum of 4 years should be post\-MBA, in the internal or external consulting space with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and an affinity for using sales analytics tools and technologies.

• *Work you'll do**

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Global Ecosystems and Alliances team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze large marketing and pipeline datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights tied to business objectives
• Develop dashboards and reports that communicate complex data clearly to varied stakeholder groups
• Maintain and improve reporting systems to deliver accurate, timely, and decision\-useful performance metrics
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support data\-driven decision\-making
• Implement data quality checks and governance practices to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Master’s degree or MBA
• 6\+ years of experience in global reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• 4\+ years of post\-MBA experience in internal or external consulting
• Experience analyzing large marketing and pipeline datasets
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Experience maintaining and improving global reporting systems
• Experience automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Experience supporting global stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Experience with sales and pipeline data and processes
• Experience translating data findings into actionable business recommendations
