As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the US\-based Growth \& Development team, you will be responsible for…

• Plan, execute, and operationalize development programs and processes, including the design, development, and delivery of learning program components.
• Create and develop learning programs and training experiences; curate content across existing curricula and modalities; and manage virtual and blended learning activities.
• Participate in or lead learning project teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, subject\-matter experts, peers, learning teams, operational teams, and business teams.
• Analyze learning\-consumption data; develop and maintain reporting through Deloitte development tools; and support mandatory\-training compliance through development pathways, tools, and resources.
• Use consulting methodologies, active listening, interviewing, and critical thinking to identify client concerns, business goals, and learning requirements; identify and recommend solutions to complex problems; manage risks and mitigation actions; track program and portfolio costs, budgets, reporting, and forecasts; and escalate to the Lead/Manager as appropriate.

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5\-7 years of related professional experience
• Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Experience in managing virtual and blended learning, including content curation from a range of existing curriculum across different modalities
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels; ability to build rapport with key stakeholders; ability to work with various teams independently
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast\-paced, complex, multi\-tasking virtual environment; proficient Microsoft Office skills
• AI Savvy: Prompting and iteration. Use of Gen AI platforms; exposure to modern\-day instructional\-design techniques (including Gen\-AI to realize productivity and accuracy), curriculum/program planning

• Experience working in a learning and development organization
