• *Job Description**

Responsibilities: Support Retirement operations within the BCM vertical by applying domain expertise to ensure process accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with delivery teams to provide inputs on Retirement workflows, helping identify gaps and recommend improvements. Assist in documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal guidelines. Participate in testing and validation of process changes, system enhancements, and automation initiatives from a domain perspective. Contribute to issue resolution by analyzing Retirement\-related exceptions and providing domain\-specific insights. Share domain knowledge through training sessions, documentation, and informal mentoring to build team capability. Engage with internal stakeholders to support client queries, audits, and governance discussions with relevant Retirement domain inputs. Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory updates relevant to Retirement operations, sharing insights with the broader team.**Qualifications**
