Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer to build and ship the agentic AI workflows designed in collaboration with Solutions Architect This is a handson individualcontributor engineering role focused on implementation integration and production support turning reference architectures and agent designs into tested deployed and maintained code on AWS

Primary Skills

5 years of professional software development experience including production coding in Python andor TypeScriptNodejs

Handson experience with core AWS services Lambda API Gateway Step Functions DynamoDB or RDS S3 EventBridge IAM CloudWatch

Working experience integrating LLMfoundation model APIs Bedrock OpenAI Anthropic or similar into application code

Solid software engineering fundamentals API development automated testing version control and CICD pipelines

Familiarity with infrastructure as code CloudFormation CDK or Terraform

Comfort working from an architectural design or spec and translating it into working productionquality code this is a build role not a designownership role

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed eventdriven systems

Secondary skills

Prior exposure to agent orchestration frameworks AWS Agent Core LangGraph AutoGen Bedrock Agents or agentic workflow concepts tool use multistep reasoning

Experience in insurance or financial services particularly underwritingclaims automation

Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases

Exposure to agent observabilityevaluation tooling tracing eval harnesses guardrails

AWS certifications Developer Associate Solutions Architect Associate or higher
