• *Job Description**

Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and file direct tax returns accurately and within statutory deadlines. Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance across all applicable jurisdictions. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position and minimize liabilities. Liaise and coordinate with external advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities on tax matters and audits. Provide timely guidance and support to internal stakeholders on complex tax issues and compliance requirements. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in direct taxation, assessing their potential impact and recommending proactive actions. Maintain thorough documentation of tax processes, policies, and compliance activities to support audits and internal reviews.**Qualifications**
