Specialist – Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Solutions Team

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide functional expertise in **Joint Venture Accounting (JVA)** within the Oil \& Gas domain.
• Support **operated and non\-operated JV accounting** processes.
• Manage/understand **JV master data, equity structures, ownership interests, and partner accounting**.
• Support **cost allocation/distribution, cash calls, JV billing, settlement, and reconciliation** processes.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into **functional/system solutions**.
• Perform **fit\-gap analysis** and support solution design for JVA and related Finance processes.
• Identify opportunities for **process standardization, simplification, automation, and control improvement**.
• Support **SAP JVA / SAP Finance** enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare functional requirements, process documentation, test scenarios, and solution documentation.
• Support **SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post\-go\-live stabilization**.
• Coordinate with Finance, Business, IT, Data and Controls teams across geographies.
• Support resolution of JVA process/system issues and perform root\-cause analysis.

• *Required Skills**

• **6–7 years** of relevant experience in JVA, SAP Finance, Finance transformation, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of **Oil \& Gas Joint Venture Accounting** processes.
• Hands\-on functional exposure to **SAP JVA and SAP Finance**.
• Good understanding of **partner accounting, cost allocation, cash calls, billing, settlement and reconciliation**.
• Understanding of JVA integration with **General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Controlling**.
• Experience in **requirements gathering, solution design, testing and implementation**.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving and stakeholder\-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global business and technology teams.

• *Preferred**

• Exposure to **SAP S/4HANA Finance / JVA transformation or migration**.
• Experience in an **Oil \& Gas / Energy organization or GCC environment**.
• Experience in Finance process transformation, standardization, and automation.
• SAP certification or Finance qualification such as **CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA** would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,700,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
