Specialist, Mid Markets account management- Hyderabad

Support portfolio account activities that help strengthen account management, reporting, and business development efforts across assigned account clusters. In this role, you will help drive operational efficiency, develop account insights, and support strategic activities that help position Deloitte with key stakeholders. You will work across reporting, research, pipeline management, and workshop support in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.

As a Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement on the Portfolio Accounts team, you will be responsible for…

• Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials in coordination with Program Leads, including financial data, pipeline updates, recent wins, and relationship priorities
• Produce monthly portfolio and account performance reports and maintain reporting accuracy and timeliness
• Analyze portfolio account data, client interviews, and survey inputs to develop program\-level insights for business stakeholders
• Manage assigned projects, including stakeholder communications, pipeline tracking, prioritization, and delivery coordination
• Conduct company, sector, and industry research and support account planning workshops through pre\-read development, workshop logistics, and note capture

• *Location: Hyderabad**

• *Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM**

• *Qualifications**

Required

• 1\-3 years of experience in account management, business development support, sales support, or portfolio reporting
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or presentation materials using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends, correlations, and patterns
• Experience supporting stakeholder communications, pipeline management, and project coordination
• Experience conducting secondary research on companies, sectors, and industries
• Experience using AI tools or AI\-enabled processes to support analysis or work execution

Preferred

• Experience supporting account planning workshops or business review meetings
• Experience producing monthly portfolio or account performance reporting
• Experience working with offshore teams across multiple time zones
• Experience developing pre\-read materials, meeting notes, or marketing collateral
