Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Python development using Flask and Django
Core Responsibilities
Architectural Design Lead the design and evolution of software systems ensuring they align with enterprise standards and microservicesSOA principles
HighQuality Development Write effective scalable and testable Python code for backend features and RESTful APIs
Mentorship Leadership Guide and coach junior developers conduct thorough code reviews and set technical standards for the team
Collaboration Work with crossfunctional teams including UIUX designers and data scientists to integrate userfacing elements and AIML models into production
System Optimization Address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and high availability
Skills Required
Experience developing webbased applications at the enterprise level
Good experience in developing robust Python applications
Understanding of Pip Flask NumPy Anaconda PyCharm
Efficient in database queries and data storage best practices
Ability to implement designs in SOA andor microservices
Experience using Git or similar source repo
Ability to follow standards and project processes
Strong presentation skills and communication with customers
Communication with customers and stakeholders of all levels both oral and written is a critical success factor Strong presentation skills and an ability to demonstrate concepts to an audience of multiple levels
The role involves developing enterpriselevel web applications using Python and related frameworks coaching junior developers and implementing SOA or microservices architecture
