We are looking for a proactive and technically sound **Technical Sales Engineer – Field Sales** with a strong background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. This role involves **extensive field sales activities**, including client visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, and relationship management. Fresher’s with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- *Roles \& Responsibilities1\. Field Sales \& Business Development**
- Conduct **regular field visits** to clients, industrial areas, and laboratories.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical market.
- Generate leads, perform market research, and expand the customer base.
- Meet customers in person to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide on\-site product demonstrations and technical explanations.
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate chemical products.
- Coordinate with internal technical/R\&D teams for customized solutions.
- *3\. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely support.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- *4\. Reporting \& Coordination**
- Submit daily field visit reports, sales reports, and monthly updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for order execution.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical products
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- **Willingness to travel extensively for field sales**
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- 0–2 years of experience in **field sales / technical sales** (Freshers can apply)
- Energetic, target\-oriented, and customer\-focused
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
