Pigeonwings Enterpise is looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Field worker \- Sales Representatives to expand our local market presence.

• *Job Description \& Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct direct, on\-field visits to prospective retail clients, local businesses, and trade accounts across Kolkata and surrounding suburban areas. (Schools, Builders, Municipalities, Resort, Clubs, Architects, Contractors)
• Demonstrate, showcase, and promote our product catalog (sports gear, wellness items, and garden decor).
• Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with local shopkeepers, dealers, and customers.
• Generate sales leads, meet on\-field targets, and report daily field activity.

• *Key Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Work Style:** Comfortable doing dedicated outdoor/field sales work (this is 100% on\-field, non\-desk).
• **Physical Fitness:** Active, energetic, and physically fit (capable of extensive walking, taking staircases, and working outdoors).
• **Language Skills:** Fluent in **Bengali** and **Hindi** (required for local customer interactions); basic understanding of **English**.
• **Personal Traits:** Polite, well\-mannered, calm under pressure, cool\-tempered, and moderately ambitious with a strong work ethic.
• **Interests:** A natural interest or passion for sports equipment, fitness, or outdoor product sales is preferred.
• **Experience:** Open to **Freshers** and **College Students** looking for flexible part\-time field sales experience.
