Squad Leader (.NET) \- 100% Remote
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 3 Months
Budget: 1\.3 LPM
Experience: 8\-12\+ years (minimum 8 years)
Responsibilities: Lead technical design and delivery, manage Developers and QA, own work packages, coordinate with Tech Leads, manage estimates, blockers, quality, timesheets and knowledge retention.
Technical Skills: C\#, .NET Framework, .NET 10, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, SQL Server, EF6/Core, Dapper, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Bicep, HTMX, CQRS, Modular Monolith Architecture.
