• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Squad Leader (.NET)** to lead a team of developers and QA engineers, drive technical delivery, and ensure high\-quality project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on expertise in C\#, .NET technologies, SQL Server, Azure services, and modern software architecture, along with proven experience in technical leadership, team management, and delivery ownership.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead technical design, development, and delivery of assigned work packages.
• Manage and guide developers and QA team members.
• Coordinate with Technical Leads and other stakeholders.
• Own work packages, delivery timelines, and technical quality.
• Prepare effort estimates and manage resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers and delivery challenges.
• Monitor team productivity, timesheets, and delivery progress.
• Ensure coding standards, quality, and best development practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge retention.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• *Mandatory Technical Skills**

• Strong experience in C\# and .NET Framework.
• Hands\-on knowledge of .NET 10\.
• ASP.NET MVC and WebForms.
• SQL Server.
• Entity Framework 6 / Entity Framework Core.
• Dapper.
• Azure Functions and Azure Blob Storage.
• Azure Bicep.
• HTMX.
• CQRS pattern.
• Modular Monolith Architecture.

• *Common Requirements**

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience understanding business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with UK or European clients is preferred.
• Domain experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Field Services, or ERP is desirable.
• Ability to work according to UK business hours.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, ownership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery independently.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• 7–12 years of overall .NET development experience.
• Proven experience leading development teams or technical squads.
• Strong combination of hands\-on technical expertise and team leadership.
• Experience in client\-facing project delivery, preferably with UK/European stakeholders.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
