• *Location:** Ducat India – Sector 16, Noida
• *Working Days:** 6 Days a Week
• *Timings:** 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• *About the Role**

Ducat India is looking for an experienced **Academic Counsellor** who has worked with **short\-term IT / Software training programs** such as **Java, Python, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Cloud and related technologies**.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, understanding their career goals and helping them choose the right training programs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Counsel students regarding IT/Software training courses and career paths.
• Understand learners’ goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle walk\-ins, call inquiries and follow\-up leads efficiently.
• Maintain CRM entries and track follow\-ups until enrollment.
• Collaborate with trainers and the placement team to ensure smooth coordination.
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Provide accurate course information and resolve student queries.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in counselling for **short\-term IT/Software courses**.
• Strong understanding of technologies like Java, Python, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Cloud, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Strong follow\-up and conversion skills.
