• *About the Company**

A growing industrial trading company specializing in fuel oil and industrial products. We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Finalize books of accounts, Profit \& Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements in coordination with the CA.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, financial reports, and management dashboards.
• Monitor debtor ageing, follow up on collections, and manage outstanding receivables.
• Verify vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain vendor reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Review daily accounting entries, banking transactions, and cash position.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and internal financial controls.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
• Hands\-on experience in GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, MIS Reporting, and Financial Statements.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow, and Ledger Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and taxation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in **Manufacturing, Industrial Trading, Chemical, Engineering, Petroleum, Fuel Oil, FMCG, or Distribution** industries will be preferred.
