• *Job Description – Sr Accounts Executive**

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Manufacturing Accountant to lead our plant financial operations, cost accounting, and internal compliance controls. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire financial health of our injection moulding manufacturing unit. You will leverage Tally Prime to oversee complex Bill of Materials (BOM), multi\-location inventory, variance analysis, and toolroom/mould asset lifecycles. As a senior leader, you will translate factory\-floor operational data into strategic financial insights for senior management.Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Cost Control \& Profitability Management
• Design, implement, and monitor robust cost accounting systems tailored to injection moulding (machine\-hour rates, cycle\-time costing, and tonnage\-based overhead allocation).
• Partner with the Tooling and Engineering teams to establish accurate pricing models for new moulds, custom plastic components, and RFQs.
• Evaluate plant capacity utilization, machine downtime financial impacts, and recommend cost\-reduction strategies directly to the leadership team.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly Plant Profitability Reports, Gross Margin analyses by product line, and detailed Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) breakdowns.
• Advanced Tally \& Inventory Systems Management
• Oversee the end\-to\-end configuration and maintenance of Tally Prime’s manufacturing features, including multi\-stage Bills of Materials (BOM), Alt\-BOMs, and manufacturing journals.
• Manage complex inventory controls for raw materials (resins, masterbatches), regrind materials, engineering inserts, and finished goods across multi\-warehouse locations.
• Develop strict verification protocols to account for process scrap, purges, runner\-to\-component weight ratios, and variance reconciliations in Tally.
• Mould Lifecycle Accounting \& Fixed Assets
• Maintain the corporate Fixed Asset Register for capital machinery (injection moulding machines, auxiliary chillers, robotic arms, and toolroom CNCs).
• Set up accounting structures to track the amortization and shot\-count depreciation of proprietary, co\-owned, and customer\-supplied injection moulds.
• Monitor Capital Work\-in\-Progress (CWIP) for internal toolroom developments and machinery upgrades.
• Statutory Compliance, GST \& Taxation
• Ensure total plant\-level compliance for GST, including e\-way bills, Delivery Challans for job work (moulds sent out for testing/repair), and Input Tax Credit (ITC) optimization.
• Team Leadership \& Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior plant accounts executives, billing clerks, and store keepers.
• Establish clear workflows between the production floor, store rooms, purchasing
• Oversee structural compliance for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Tax Collected at Source (TCS), and local factory/labor regulatory dues.
• Independently manage and present audit\-ready manufacturing documentation, inventory valuations, and cost books to Statutory and Cost Auditors.
• Team Leadership \& Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior plant accounts executives, billing clerks, and store keepers.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), Inter\-CA, or a qualified Cost \& Management Accountant
• Experience: 5 years of core experience in plant accounting and manufacturing cost control, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior/lead role within the plastics, automotive components, or tooling industry.
• Software Mastery: Absolute expert\-level command over Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, specifically using Advanced Inventory, Item Costing, Voucher Class, and Manufacturing Journals. Strong mastery of MS Excel for building financial models.
• Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of plastic injection moulding mechanics (tonnages, cycle times, shot capacity, regrind ratios), corporate tax laws, and team management capabilities.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
