Sr. Accountant

Senior Accountant

1\. Financial Reporting

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to senior management and external stakeholders.

2\. General Ledger Management

• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are accurate and up\-to\-date.
• Oversee journal entries, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in general ledger accounts, including bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other critical financial records.

3\. Tax Compliance

• Coordinate with CA to Prepare and file tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure the company’s tax filings are correct.

4\. Audit and Internal Controls

• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Review and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's financial information.
• Resolve audit queries and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

5\. Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Manage cash flow and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure collections are made on time.
• Review and approve vendor payments and monitor supplier accounts.

6\. Team Supervision and Development

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
• Review the work of junior accountants and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Participate in performance evaluations and professional development of accounting staff.

7\. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in financial reporting and accounting processes and implement improvements.
• Recommend improvements in accounting systems or software to streamline financial operations.

8\. Financial Analysis

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations for cost\-saving measures, revenue opportunities, or other financial decisions.

9\. Compliance and Regulations

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulations.
• Keep up\-to\-date with any changes in accounting laws and practices that may affect the company’s reporting or compliance.

10\. Payment Follow up

• Take Payment follow up from client.
• Reconcile Invoices and Identify discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
