Sr. Accounts Executive (Charted Accountant)

• *Location:** Sector 63, Noida

• *Experience:** Minimum 3\+ years’ experience

• *Work Timings:** 9\.30 am to 6\.30 pm (work from office)

• *Work Days:** Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

• *ABOUT THE ROLE\-**

Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K\-12 experiential Ed\-tech company building industrial\-grade STEAM labs and hands\-on learning kits. We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented accountant to work closely with founders and manage the company’s day\-to\-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Zoho Books. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, smooth reporting processes and strong financial discipline as the company scales.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\-**

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense tracking and vendor payments
• Maintain and manage complete accounting records in Zoho Books
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory filings and other financial regulations
• Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams for financial documentation and reporting
• Track budgets, expenses and cost allocations across departments or projects
• Identify gaps in financial processes and suggest improvements for better control and efficiency

• *REQUIREMENTS\-**

• Minimum requirement \- 3\+ years’ experience, postgraduate degree in commerce, finance, accounting
• Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Mandatory 1\+ years’ experience in Zoho Books
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, reconciliations and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and financial documentation
• Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality and work in a fast\-paced environment
• Prior experience in a 200\+ employee size company will be an advantage
