CA (qualified or semi qualified) with 10 yrs of experience in managing finance and accounts in a corporate leading a team of accountants. Should be capable of independently finalising annual accounts, ensuring statutory compliances of payroll / commercial tax / roc / IT etc., attending IT scrutiny / hearings, liaise with banks and financial institution for raising loans. Should be responsible for quarter and year end process, accounts payable / receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations.
