Sr. Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and expense reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Verify and process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost\-control activities.
• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, if required.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
• Hands\-on experience with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
