Job Description

The Sr. Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling end\-to\-end accounting, statutory compliances, reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting across multiple business entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Preparation and processing of **s**alaries and professional fees .
  • Calculation, approval coordination, and processing of monthly staff incentives.
  • Support activities related to ESI, PF, and TDS, including preparation, verification, and data entry.
  • Preparation of GST workings including GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, and coordination for GST payments across all entities.
  • Handling branch account reconciliations for corporate office, units, and E\-commerce operations.
  • Processing payments for utility bills, vendors, and internal requirements through net banking.
  • Managing personal and utility\-related payments arising for the CEO as required.
  • Preparation of categorized summaries for submission and ensuring timely reimbursement of cash from LaFemme.
  • Regular bank balance monitoring and fund management across all units.
  • Preparation of cost audit sheets and profit margin analysis as and when required.
  • Maintenance of summarized financial and sales reports.
  • Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of clinical cash transactions, sales, and payment records.
  • Generation of financial and management reports upon request.
  • Verification of supplier payments, maintenance of payment registers, and supplier ledgers.
  • Handling bank reconciliation.
  • Preparation of TDS workings , and E\-commerce entities.
  • Passing and monitoring monthly closing entries.
  • Coordinating and dealing with franchisees on accounts and payment\-related matters.

Qualifications \& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
  • Hands\-on experience with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
