About the Role

West Avenue Realty is looking for an experienced **Accounts Manager** to manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **real estate accounting, GST, TDS, Tally, reconciliations, and financial reporting**.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle **GST \& TDS compliance, filings, reconciliations, and payments**.
• Oversee project\-wise accounts, including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Manage customer receipts, advances, brokerage, commissions, and property\-related transactions.
• Review and verify vendor, contractor, and broker invoices and payments.
• Monitor bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in **Tally**.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and finalization of accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements

• **Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.**
• **Prior experience in real estate/construction accounting is required.**
• Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, Tally, MS Excel, and bookkeeping**.
• Good understanding of **real estate transactions and project accounting**.
• Experience in account finalization, audits, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/accounts.
