• *Job Description**

Inviting applications for the role of **\[Business Analyst], \[Power BI , Power Apps]**

We are seeking a resource with HR Domain knowledge and Power BI Expert to work on the transformation of manual and automated reports into interactive and dynamic dashboards using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, report automation, and end\-to\-end business intelligence solutions. The role requires expertise in Power BI development, data integration, and the implementation of automated reporting processes with minimal manual intervention.

You will be responsible to understand the existing DW structure, extract relevant information and \- Develop user\-friendly, visually appealing dashboards with key business insights, using best practices in data visualization.

You will be interacting with onshore and internal stakeholders on regular basis to understand \& gather business requirement.

You will be responsible for implementing end\-to\-end automation in Power BI for data integration and refresh processes, ensuring minimal manual intervention.

You will set up scheduled refreshes and dataflows in Power BI Service to automate the updating of reports and dashboards.

Your responsibility includes to integrate with Azure Data Factory (or other ETL tools) to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.

• *Responsibilities**

• Work on the transformation of existing manual and automated reports (Excel, Tableau, etc.) into Power BI dashboards, ensuring high levels of interactivity and user\-friendliness.
• Design and develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards that meet business reporting needs.
• Implement end\-to\-end automation for data flows, minimizing or eliminating manual intervention.
• Use Power BI’s automation features (Scheduled Refresh, Power BI Service) to automate data refreshes and report distribution.
• Work with data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Azure, and cloud platforms to ensure seamless data integration into Power BI.
• Design and implement efficient data models in Power BI using Power Query and DAX for complex calculations and analytics.
• Optimize the performance of Power BI reports by reviewing and improving DAX queries, data models, and visuals.
• Monitor report performance and data refresh schedules using the Power BI Admin Portal.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems would be preferred.
• 2\-4years of experience in developing Power BI solutions, including data modeling, dashboard development and report automation
• Experience in end\-to\-end automation of reporting processes
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M language for data transformation.
• Experience with \*\*data integration from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, Azure Data Lake, etc.).
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools for automating data workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI Admin Portal for managing refresh schedules and monitoring report performance. Skills Proficiency in MS OFFICE
• Effective communication skills
