• *Job Description**

In this role, you will be involved in handling day\-to\-day invoice processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and working with SAP for data entry and validation. Responsibilities • Process and validate supplier invoices in SAP with accuracy and efficiency. • Verify invoice details against purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval workflows. • Resolve discrepancies or queries related to invoices and payments. • Support month\-end closing activities and reporting. • Handle vendor master data management including creation, modification, and validation of vendor records in line with company policies. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for invoice or payment\-related queries. • Execute vendor payments in accordance with agreed timelines and approval workflows. • Support auditing requirements through proper documentation and compliance tracking. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Preferred Skills • Working knowledge of SAP (Accounts Payable / Finance module preferred). • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. • Good communication and problem\-solving abilities.
