Job Description
To verify diversified transactions, audits and portfolio reports, researches discrepancies on a daily/periodic basis for Clients Portfolios. Verify accuracy ofinformation by reviewing daily/periodic exception reports. Performing unitization and allocation audit checks, downloading and monitoring the PVT report.Verifies report schedules, ensuring that reports sent to clients are accurate and mailed within scheduled timeframes. Good knowledge of usage of CDtool/email notification/UPT tool. Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross\-function process or process deliverables.
Reviews daily/Periodic exception reports resolving issues by applying knowledge of accounting and performance, procedures and principles. Providesperformance data for individual Client portfolio through the processing and reconciliation of accounting on the appropriate system. Taking ownership for allthe deliverables being sent out by him/her and the cluster with proper review checks. Responds to internal and external inquiries resolving discrepanciesrelated to accounting and provide guidance to the team in resolving exceptions. Focus on resolution of complex issues, where expertise is required tointerpret policies, guidelines and procedures. Assists the team in researching accounting issues and on other special projects. Stays abreast of industry andprocess trends and disseminates information to team. Works with partner groups and assists in the development of new procedures or enhancements tocurrent processes to improve team productivity. Identifying new accounts \& adds them on UPT tool. Perform Allocation audit, Unitization of the entries,Completion of special procedures, create NAV, Resolving Client queries. Involving in allocation transition and restructure process.
Knowledge of accounting, securities processing procedures, usually acquired through accounting coursework or prior related experience, is required toreview and audit reports. Experience in allocation/units audit is a plus. Knowledge of partner areas like Pricing, Limited Partnership, AFS, Corporate action,Income collections etc will be an added advantage. Analytical skills are required to research and resolve inquiries/data. Organizational skills are required toprovide client reports within scheduled timeframes. Strong written and oral communication skills are required to disseminate information to team.
Minimum 24 months of
Good Knowledge of Valuation Reporting (Global and Domestic)
Good understanding on Unitization and Allocation audit.
Knowledge on 5500/GASB audit is a plus.
Minimum 12 months as Analyst II
Lateral: Minimum 1 year as Senior Analyst.
