Senior Architect – Architectural Firm

Role: Senior ArchitectExperience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review architectural plans and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations.
• Supervise and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and interior design consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations and approval requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and project progress.
• Review project specifications, materials, and construction details.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of drawings.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Resolve technical and design\-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of architectural deliverables.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Strong experience working with an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong design, planning, and visualization skills.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong coordination and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
