Sr. Architect /Interior Designer

HSAA is looking for a highly experienced, creative and detail\-oriented **Senior Architect / Interior Designer** with 8–15 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.

The candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from concept development to execution, managing design teams, coordinating with clients and ensuring high\-quality design delivery. We are looking for someone with strong design knowledge, technical expertise, leadership abilities and hands\-on experience in luxury residential, commercial and turnkey interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design and architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts and space planning.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts and flooring plans.
• Create and review 2D drawings, 3D designs, elevations and detailed sections.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and color schemes.
• Handle client meetings, presentations and design discussions.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
• Supervise and guide junior architects and interior designers.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, contractors and vendors.
• Review drawings and ensure design accuracy before execution.
• Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed according to approved designs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely design submissions.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality.
• Ensure proper coordination between the design and execution teams.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 8–15 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential, commercial and turnkey interior projects.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V\-Ray, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of working drawings, detailing and material specifications.
• Excellent understanding of furniture design, modular detailing and interior finishes.
• Strong space planning and design development skills.
• Experience in handling clients and leading design teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution.
• Strong creative vision with excellent technical and execution knowledge.

Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
