• **Sales \& Business Development**
• Promote and sell company products to potential customers in the assigned stores/territory.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with distributors/retail partners to maximize coverage and availability of products.
• **Product Promotion \& Awareness**
• Showcase products to customers and educate them about key features, usage, and benefits.
• Conduct in\-store demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities to create excitement and attract buyers.
• Distribute leaflets, brochures, or other promotional materials to boost awareness and interest.
• **Customer Relationship Management**
• Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with store owners, staff, and customers.
• Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service to drive repeat business.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• **Merchandising \& Store Management**
• Ensure proper display of products and maintain planogram standards for maximum visibility.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely refilling of shelves to avoid stock\-outs.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of product display areas and promotional setups.
• **Reporting \& Coordination**
• Coordinate with the sales team to share updates on stock status, sales performance, and market issues
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, promotions, and customer interactions.
• Provide actionable insights and feedback to management for strategic planning.
