• *Shift:** Night Shift \| 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
• *Weekends Off:** Saturday \& Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end\-to\-end bench sales activities for IT consultants in the US staffing market.
• Market IT consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients through email campaigns, calls, and professional networks.
• Identify suitable job requirements through job portals, vendor networks, and client relationships.
• Negotiate rates, manage submissions, and coordinate interviews to maximize placement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Follow up consistently with vendors and consultants regarding submissions, interviews, and placement updates.
• Maintain and update consultant databases, vendor contacts, job submissions, and marketing reports.
• Monitor market trends, client requirements, and vendor relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Guide and support junior Bench Sales Recruiters and share effective marketing strategies.
• Work toward individual and team placement targets while maintaining high\-quality service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing, vendor management, and consultant marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate interview opportunities and achieve placements.
• Strong negotiation, follow\-up, relationship\-building, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
