• *Employment Type:** Full\-time **The Role**We are looking for a **Senior/Lead Business Analyst** to act as a strategic advisor to our clients and a foundational leader within our delivery teams. In this high\-ownership, forward\-deployed role, you will not just gather requirements—you will architect business solutions, establish analytical frameworks, and spearhead our AI\-first delivery methodology. You will serve as the primary strategic bridge between executive client stakeholders, software architects, and engineering teams. **Upgraded Responsibilities**

• **Strategic Consulting:** Lead discovery workshops with C\-suite and executive stakeholders to diagnose systemic pain points and define the overarching product vision.
• **AI\-First Frameworks:** Establish and optimize the team's standard operating procedures for using AI acceleration tools in requirements gathering, data analysis, and validation.
• **Solution Architecture Partnership:** Partner directly with Lead Architects to evaluate technical feasibility, define MVP scopes, and trade off technical vs. business constraints.
• **Delivery Leadership:** Own the end\-to\-end requirements lifecycle, manage the product backlog for complex enterprise systems, and proactively manage scope creep.
• **Mentorship \& Quality:** Set the standard for user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation; mentor junior/mid\-level BAs on the team.
• **Go\-Live Governance:** Define UAT strategies, lead defect triage governance, and sign off on go\-live readiness for mission\-critical enterprise systems.

• *Upgraded Requirements**

• **6\+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant, with at least **2\+ years leading enterprise\-scale projects**.
• Proven track record of managing **complex, multi\-million dollar B2B enterprise platform implementations**.
• Advanced expertise in modern Agile frameworks, backlog prioritization models (e.g., WSJF, MoSCoW), and change management.
• Demonstrated experience **pioneering AI productivity tools** (e.g., LLMs for prompt engineering, automated mapping) to scale delivery.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict\-resolution skills when handling competing stakeholder priorities.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
