Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** (Master's degree may be preferred).
- Professional engineering license or registration (if applicable in the country).
- Typically **8–15 years** of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports.
- Resolve technical and construction\-related issues.
- Team management and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
